libecm0-dev-common software package provides factor integers using the Elliptic Curve Method -- header, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libecm0-dev-common
libecm0-dev-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libecm0-dev-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libecm0-dev-common *
You will get with libecm0-dev-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
